We partner with trusted furniture delivery specialists nationwide to ensure your order is handled with care and arrives in pristine condition.

Delivery Timeframes

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification confirming shipment. Our delivery partners will then follow up via email and phone to coordinate your delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the size of the item or unforeseen delays.

  • Metro Melbourne: 2-5 business days

  • Metro Sydney: 5-8 business days

  • Metro Canberra: 7-10 business days

  • Metro Brisbane: 7-10 business days

To reduce our environmental impact, we ship orders only when all items in the order are ready for dispatch. We strive to deliver your marble furniture safely and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience from our workshop to your home.

Delivery and Pick Up Options

Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service includes delivery to your ground floor, front door only. You may be required to assist the driver with heavy items. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays. If you're not at home, the driver will leave your item in a safe place. Please note, this service does not include delivery up stairs or elevators, placement inside your home, assembly, or rubbish removal.

Premium Delivery
Premium delivery includes placing your items inside your home, in your preferred room. They will deliver up stairs or in a lift as long as it's safe and accessible. This service does not include rubbish removal or assembly of items.

White Glove Delivery
White Glove delivery offers weekday delivery with a selection of dates for your convenience. This premium service includes placement of your items inside your home, in the room of your choice, as well as rubbish removal and assembly. Please note, we do not mount items on walls or remove existing items. For large items, we will deliver up a maximum of one staircase and will not attempt unsafe or narrow staircases. Delivery charges are non-refundable if we are unable to complete the delivery. If you have concerns about access, such as doorways, stairs, or other spaces, please contact us prior to delivery.

Warehouse Collection
You can collect your items directly from our warehouse, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Once your order is ready, we will send you a booking link to choose a convenient collection time. Please note that collections require at least 24 hours' notice and cannot be arranged on shorter notice.
